Your Opportunity
n
The Flight Line Crew Leader is responsible for providing oversight to the A-level workforce with respect to Flight Line and minor maintenance activities.
n
This full time leadership role offers an Annual Salary Package of AUD$105,504 plus Super plus Military Bonus.
n
Your Responsibilities
n
n
Coordinate flight line planning activities to execute the planned flying program.
n
Ensure that the aircraft is fit for the intended sortie whilst discharging the Dispatch to Operator function.
n
Supervise and certify high-frequency scheduled and unscheduled line maintenance.
n
Exercise the privilege of a B1 license by issuing a CRS for line maintenance activities (if licensed).
n
Be dedicated to exceeding the customers' expectations and delivering an efficient operation, whilst maintaining a safe environment.
n
Ensure that the scheduled and unscheduled maintenance is carried out in accordance with Pilatus/OEM approved
publications/instructions
using approved parts supplied from approved sources.
n
Make certain that staff have been correctly trained and certified to carry out the work assigned to them and that the procedures laid down in the MOE are followed.
n
Deploy in support of deployed ADF operations.
n
Ensure that all procedures are carried out IAW the PTS MOE
n




Actively support and participate in the Jet Aviation Core Values and Safety, Security and Environment policies and procedures as detailed in the Jet Aviation Governance and Polices
n
Work with the Flight Line Coordinator to foster a sense of 'Safety First' within the A-level workforce.
n
Maintain good relationships with the customer.
n
Report and raise any observations, through the appropriate process, with regard to continuous improvement, safety management and customer satisfaction.
n
Other duties as may be directed by your supervisor from time-to-time to support program success

Essential:
n

Minimum Cert IV AEROSKILLS
n
Demonstrated understanding if Aviation regulatory requirements for maintenance both civil and military (part 145).
n
Demonstrable safety focus.
n
Excellent communication skills.
n
Common courtesy and customer orientation.
n
Ability to work flexible schedules and in various weather conditions as well as meeting minimum physical requirements of the job.
n
Ability to deploy on notification nationally or internationally.
n
n
Desirable:
n
n
DASA B1.1 license
n
Strong initiative, self-direction and proactive.




n

Previously held an Australian Defence Force Security clearance
n
Strong initiative and leadership skills.
