Here's a snapshot of your day:
n
n
This role will perform general electrical preventive maintenance and corrective repair of assets and building systems across our client sites.
n
As well as day to day maintenance support this role will work with the maintenance planner and the technicians to include the day-to-day planning, implementation, coordination and management of our technical resources including the development of service programs to support our client's requirements.
n
Perform assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance and complete maintenance and repair records
n
Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems
n
Review assigned work orders and estimate time and materials needed to complete repair.
n
Order necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks.
n
Assist with installation and modification of building equipment systems.
n
Inspect new installation for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
n
Maintain lighting systems throughout client facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps.




n
Respond quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
n
Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.
n
Willing to perform general handyperson duties as needed
n

The Ideal Candidate
n
n
Experience in repairs and Maintenance of electrical assets and systems ideally within the commercial sector
n
Critical workplace experience would be advantageous
n
Experience in Testing and Inspection of assets and systems
n
Current and valid Electrical Contractors License
n
Relevant and valid OH&S; cards
n
Strong understanding of AS ****
n
Valid Driver's License
n
