The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Subdivision Supervisor to join a well-established Tier 2 civil construction contractor delivering a strong pipeline of subdivision projects across South Australia.
n
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Supervisor who has a strong background in residential subdivision, including bulk earthworks, stormwater, sewer, drainage, roads and associated civil infrastructure.
n
You will play a key role in leading site teams and subcontractors while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

About the Role
n
n
Supervise the day-to-day delivery of subdivision projects from construction through to completion
n
Manage site crews, subcontractors and plant
n
Coordinate bulk earthworks, stormwater, sewer, drainage and road construction
n
Conduct daily pre-starts, toolbox meetings and site inspections
n
Ensure works are completed in accordance with project plans, specifications and safety requirements
n
Monitor productivity, quality and project timelines
n
Coordinate with Project Engineers, Project Managers, subcontractors and consultants
n
Assist with planning and sequencing of works
n
Manage materials,



plant and resources on site
n

About You
n
n
Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor, ideally within subdivision
n
Strong knowledge of bulk earthworks, stormwater, sewer, drainage and road construction
n
Experience managing civil crews and subcontractors
n
Strong understanding of civil construction processes and site safety
n
Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specifications
n
Strong communication and leadership skills
n
A hands-on approach with the ability to lead from the front
n
Relevant civil construction experience within Australia
n
A strong commitment to delivering projects safely, on time and to a high standard
n
