About the role

We are seeking dynamic, experienced floor staff. If you have a passion for service, people and creating unforgettable experiences while having a blast, this is your moment to shine. This role is available in a full-time or casual capacity.

Your responsibilities
n
n
Warmly greet every guest.
n
Provide attentive service while exceeding guest expectations.
n
Assist with all floor-related duties,



ensuring overall guest experience is always a priority.
n
Provide answers to all guest-related enquiries and questions with poise and professionalism.
n
Uphold our hygiene, health and safety at all times.
n
Take and accurately relay guest orders to beverage teams and kitchen.
n
Maintain a clean, organised and efficient front of the house.
n

About you
n
n
A good team spirit, a positive can-do attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure.
n
Able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
n
Eagerness to develop knowledge in all areas of food and beverage.
n
A love of hospitality and guest service.
n
Excellent spoken communication skills.
n
Good time management and ability to prioritise tasks.
n
RSA certification is required.
