Responsibilities

Responsible for the effective and productive operation of the assigned mall property
n
Recommends the necessary improvements to ensure the safety, functionality and compliance of the property to the applicable government regulations.
n
Oversees the daily operations of the mall and performs other related functions such as maintenance, asset management, marketing and leasing
n
n
Requirements
n
n
Licensed Engineer or Architect
n
With at least 5-7 years of experience in property management and operations, particularly in the mall industry
n
With experience in a supervisory role
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
Strong leadership ability
