You will provide intentional, high-quality support to participants with varying complexities, working in partnership with families and allied professionals to create environments where people can truly thrive.

Supports may include:

Community access and social participation
n
Capacity building and skill development
n
Supporting executive functioning, routines, and independence
n
Transport and appointment assistance
n
Light household tasks connected to participant wellbeing
n
n
