We are currently seeking a Payroll Officer to join our team on a part time basis (3 days per week), reporting to our Lead Payroll Officer. The role will be based in our new state of the art and modern premises in Yennora.

Role & Responsibilities
n
n
Maintain personnel, payroll and time and attendance records using One Advance and ELMO.
n
Conduct end to end Australia weekly payroll processing including wage of all employees accurately
n
Process New Zealand weekly payroll, complying to local KiwiSaver and and PAYE legislation.
n
Assist with end of year reconciliation, ATO lodgements and ad-hoc reports when required
n
Liaise with Centrelink regarding personnel enquiries, paid parental leave and issue separation certificates when required
n
Preparing monthly NSW Payroll Tax calculations and superannuation contribution lodgement (clearing house)
n
Apply strong knowledge of Modern Award interpretation and ATO statutory requirements to ensure ongoing payroll compliance

Qualifications
n
n
Demonstrable experience in similar Payroll role
n
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Payroll Management preferred
n
Experience in complete function of payroll processing
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
n
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and diversified workforce
n
