Overview
n
Our client is currentlylooking for a proactive and commercially minded Creator Growth Specialist to build and grow their customer, KOC and creator ecosystem in Australia. This role will be responsible for two key areas: building and managing their owned community, and developing a scalable network of KOCs, creators and brand advocates. The goal is to turn customers, community members and creators into long-term brand advocates who generate authentic content, engagement, traffic and ultimately sales.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Build & Grow Customer Communities - Develop and manage owned and external communities, drive engagement through content and activities, and nurture active members into long-term brand advocates and KOCs.
n
Recruit & Manage Creators and KOCs - Identify and build relationships with Australian KOCs, micro-influencers and creators across key social platforms, managing partnerships from outreach and product seeding to UGC delivery, affiliate and referral programs.
n
Drive Content and Performance Growth - Create authentic reviews, tutorials and product demonstrations, identify high-performing UGC for social, DTC and paid media, and continuously optimise engagement, traffic, conversion and revenue through performance tracking.

Requirements
n
n
2-4 years of experience in community management, creator/influencer marketing, affiliate marketing,



social media or a related field.
n
Experience working with external partners, customers, creators or online audiences.
n
Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
n
Proactive, energetic and confident in outreach, networking and follow-up.
n
Good understanding of social media and digital platforms.
n
Robust organisational skills and comfortable managing multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
n
Data-driven, with good Excel/Google Sheets and performance tracking skills.
n
Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to work independently.
n

Preferred Qualifications
n
n
Existing relationships within the Australian digital or social media landscape.
n
Experience in consumer electronics, technology, eCommerce or lifestyle categories.
n
Experience helping to build or grow new programs and initiatives from an early stage.
n
n

The successful candidate will be expected to actively build a community, find and recruit current advocates, maintain long-term relationships with KOCs and creators, and turn those relationships into measurable brand and commercial growth.
