Job Description

9+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
n
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services including EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager, and RDS/Aurora.
n
Strong expertise in GitLab SaaS, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and release orchestration.
n
Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and configuration management tools such as Ansible.
n
Strong Linux administration and shell scripting skills (Bash/Python).
n
Experience supporting mission-critical production systems in highly regulated environments.
n
Robust understanding of deployment strategies, change management, environment management, and release governance.
n
Experience implementing monitoring, logging, observability, and incident management capabilities.
n
Strong troubleshooting skills across application, database, infrastructure, and networking layers.
n
Experience with secrets management solutions such as HashiCorp Vault.
n
Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
n
Ability to work across Engineering, QA, Operations, Security, and Architecture teams.

Experience working with the Calypso platform or capital markets trading, clearing, collateral, or risk systems.
n
Experience with Oracle-to-Aurora PostgreSQL migrations.

Experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud-native deployment patterns.

Exposure to OpenTelemetry, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, or enterprise observability platforms.
n
Experience with Liquibase, database automation, schema migrations, and configuration management.
n
Knowledge of financial services, exchange infrastructure, or regulated technology environments.
n
Exposure to test automation frameworks and DevOps-driven Quality Engineering practices.
n
Familiarity with ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
n
Experience supporting large-scale cloud transformation and platform modernization initiatives.
