About the Role:
n
This isn't your typical collections role.
n
You'll manage your own portfolio of customers, build relationships, negotiate repayment solutions and work collaboratively to achieve positive outcomes. Reporting to a highly supportive leader,



you'll be given the autonomy to manage your portfolio while receiving ongoing coaching and development to help you succeed.

Day to Day You Will:
n
n
Manage your own portfolio of customer accounts
n
Build relationships and negotiate repayment arrangements
n
Handle inbound and outbound customer communication
n
Assess hardship enquiries and identify practical solutions
n
Maintain accurate CRM records and account notes
n
Work closely with internal stakeholders to support customer outcomes
n
n
About You:
n
n
Ideally have 1-3 years' collections experience - either in a collections agency or in-house, B2B or B2C background are both highly valued
n
Alternatively, experience in sales, account management, customer service or another role involving outbound customer contact
n
Excellent communication both written and verbal, and strong relationship-building skills are essential
n
Comfortable having difficult conversations while remaining empathetic and professional
n
Good excel skills - advanced not required however you know how to do the basics!
n
Positive, energetic and motivated
n
Organised, proactive and able to work autonomously
n
