Job Description
Aim Site Hire Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced customer focused Operations Consultant to join our Branch in Sale. As an Operations Consultant, you will take charge of the end-to-end admin and operations requirements for the hiring of our products including temporary fencing and portable toilets throughout the Gippsland region. You will be handling customer inquiries and sales via email and phone, helping to coordinate deliveries and pickups, generating customers quotes, contracts, invoices whilst providing customer support throughout the hiring process. The key focus will be on excellent customer service, strong communication and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities
n
Managing incoming phone and email hire enquiries
n
Handling sales leads and generating customer quotes
n
Communicating with customers regarding delivery confirmation and order status
n
Data Entry to generate contracts, invoices and file updates
n
Managing customer purchase orders and payment of accounts
n
Providing general administrative support to the operations team
n
Processing off hire requests
n
Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery, installation and pickups of hired assets.

What we're looking for:
n
Be able to work onsite - Monday to Friday, 38 hours
n
2+ years of experience in an administrative, accounts or operations support role
n
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively




n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
n
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
n
Strong self-motivation with the ability to work autonomously
n
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in documentation and record-keeping
n
Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing operational improvements
n
Experience in the site hire, equipment rental, or construction industry is advantageous
n
