ACCC is seeking a Deputy General Counsel to work with the Chair, Commissioners and senior executives.
You will lead a professional legal team, provide high‐level strategic advice on mergers, competition and consumer law, and oversee complex proceedings across national tribunals and courts.
This role requires substantial senior legal experience and Australian practicing rights.
