The Role
n
Enhancing the overall dining experience by actively engaging with residents providing support through mealtimes to include:
n
n
Providing meal choices and serving of meals
n
Prepare and set up dining areas
n
Use empathy and kindness to foster a positive dining experience
n
Assistwith quality food preparationin accordance withthe Food Safety Plan, Bolton Clarke Food Standards and Dining Framework
n
n
To be successful, you will have:
n
n
Previous customer service skills within hospitality working environment, including kitchen work
n
Previous experience working in a fast-paced role.
n
Ability to take direction from others and work well in a team.
n
Demonstrated high level of safety awareness in hospitality environments, following workplace procedures.
n
Clear and concise English language skills.
n
Intermediate computer skills essential for online learning and ongoing training requirements.
n
A positive, compassionate and caring attitudetowards the Elderly
n
Reliability and shift flexibility
n
Good timemanagement skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
n
n
Mandatory for compliance
n
n
Valid working rights in Australia (Passport,



Birth Certificate etc)
n
Willingness to complete apolicecheckprior to commencement
n
Provide x2 work email addresses of current or previous Management referees.
