Job Description
Aruma is seeking passionate Support Workers to empower people with disabilities and young individuals to live the life they choose.
You will provide person-centred support across a 24/7 roster, including sleepovers and weekends, helping with daily living, mobility, and skill development.
Join a values-driven team focused on inclusivity, rights-based care, and meaningful connections.
A current First Aid/CPR, driver's licence, and NDIS checks support eligibility, with opportunities for training
