We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our growing team at our Brassall office on a full-time basis.
n

The Role
n
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a residential portfolio while being part of a collaborative and professional property management team.
n
Your day will be varied, with responsibilities including:
n
n
Managing a portfolio of residential properties from tenancy commencement through to completion
n
Building strong, long-term relationships with property owners and tenants
n
Conducting routine inspections and ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard
n
Coordinating repairs, maintenance and trades while keeping owners informed
n
Managing rent, arrears, lease renewals and tenancy documentation
n
Handling tenant enquiries and resolving issues professionally and efficiently
n
Managing routine and exit inspections, bond matters and tenancy compliance
n
Liaising with owners regarding property performance, maintenance and rental opportunities
n
Assisting with leasing and new tenant applications when required
n
Ensuring all properties are managed in accordance with Queensland legislation and industry best practice
n
Maintaining accurate records and delivering a high level of communication throughout the tenancy
n

About You
n
We're looking for someone who is confident, organised and genuinely enjoys property management.
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
Previous experience as a Residential Property Manager
n
Strong knowledge of Queensland residential tenancy legislation
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
n
The confidence to manage challenging conversations and resolve issues professionallyA proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
n
Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
n
Experience with property management software
n
A current Queensland Certificate of Registration
n
A current driver's licence
n
n
