Du Cane Brewery & Dining Hall in Launceston is seeking a proactive Venue Supervisor with hands-on leadership to manage a diverse hospitality team and deliver top-notch service in a high-turnover workplace.
You will oversee floor and bar operations, bookings, liaise with kitchen, train staff, handle customer concerns, and ensure safety and smooth handovers between shifts, enabling a seamless guest experience.
