YWCA Australia is expanding its housing portfolio and seeks a Housing Asset Coordinator to maintain protected, compliant homes for women and families.
You will coordinate maintenance programs, monitor asset performance and engage contractors to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Working with Community Housing Officers and internal stakeholders, you will help maximise asset value while keeping accurate records and budgets.
