Chelmsford Hotel in Kurri Kurri is seeking an experienced Chef to join a busy kitchen led by a dedicated Head Chef.
You'll be part of an energetic, family‐like team delivering modern, quality dishes in a fast‐paced environment.
Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in a professional kitchen, flexible 5‐days across a 7‐day roster, robust food hygiene, and clear communication.
Availability across Mon to Sun and ability to manage your own sections are essential, with about 38 hours per week.
