Murray House is a community owned not-for-profit aged care facility that is overseen by a voluntary Board of Directors.
The facility has the capacity to house 65 residents, who have chosen to make it their home and live in private and comfortable accommodation.

About the RoleWe're looking for a driven and relationship-focused Fundraising, Grants and Community Partnerships Manager to lead the development and delivery of Murray House's fundraising, grants and community engagement strategy.Reporting to the CEO, you'll play a key role in strengthening our financial sustainability — identifying and securing external funding to support capital replacement, resident wellbeing initiatives and strategic growth, while reducing our reliance on operational revenue and resident fees.This is a genuine opportunity to build something from the ground up: a fundraising strategy, a donor database, and a long-term bequest program,



all while representing Murray House across the local community.
