Are you a veterinarian who loves cats and would thrive in a clinic dedicated entirely to feline medicine?
We are looking for a strong cat loving and compassionate Veterinarian to join our friendly team at our cat-only veterinary clinic on part-time basis (minimum 30hrs per week)
Our clinic has been created specifically with cats in mind.
From the way our patients are handled to the design of our environment and the way we communicate with their humans, our focus is on providing calm, considered and high-quality feline veterinary care.
The Role
As part of our veterinary team, you'll enjoy a varied feline caseload including:
General consultations and preventative healthcare
Feline medicine and diagnostic investigations
Dentistry and dental radiography
Soft tissue surgery
Senior and chronic disease management
Behaviour and stress-conscious patient care
Client education and preventative medicine
Working collaboratively with a team that genuinely loves feline medicine
Employment hours negotiable: minimum 30hrs per week
Whether you already have extensive feline experience or you're a veterinarian who simply loves cats and wants to develop your feline skills further, we'd love to hear from you.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
A qualified veterinarian eligible for registration in Queensland
Minimum 3 years of experience in a veterinary clinic
Passionate about providing excellent patient care
Genuinely interested in cats and feline medicine
Kind, approachable and compassionate
A great communicator with clients and colleagues
Comfortable working collaboratively as part of a close-knit team
Interested in continuing to learn and develop professionally
Committed to making veterinary visits less stressful for cats
