Securecorp is seeking motivated Security Officers to join our team across Retail sites in Hornsby. In this role, you will deliver high-quality security services while providing exceptional customer service and responding effectively to incidents and emergencies. Key Responsibilities
n
Deliver high-level security services with a robust customer service focus
n
Conduct guarding, patrolling, and monitoring of premises
n




Manage site access control systems and ensure safety compliance
n
Respond promptly and professionally to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
n
Identify, assess, and mitigate potential security risks
n
Complete accurate incident reports and maintain detailed records
n
Skills & Experience
n
Current NSW Security Licence (including Crowd Controller component)
n
Current First Aid & CPR certification
n
Previous experience within the security industry
n
Strong communication and customer service skills
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Professional presentation with a proactive and reliable attitude
