Our Community Supports Area Manager roleis a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing service delivery, team leadership, and operational performance across a large geographical area or revenue portfolio.
n
This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services aligned with the NDIS Practice Standards and Challenge Community Services' values.
n

Duties:
n
n
Lead and support Frontline Leaders to deliver secure, high-quality services.
n
Oversee operational performance, including KPIs, budgeting, and revenue.
n
Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and legislative requirements.
n
Drive continuous improvement, quality audits, and risk management.
n
Promote positive behaviour support and person-centred practice.
n
Build strong relationships with clients, families, and key stakeholders.
n
Use systems and data to improve efficiency and service outcomes.
n
Willingness to travel regularly across the designated region to support teams, services, and stakeholders.
n
n
Skills and Experience:
n
n
Senior leadership experience within disability or community services.
n
Strong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and compliance.
n
Proven capability in operational and financial management.
n
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
Ability to manage complex priorities and analyse performance data.
n
Demonstrated commitment to person-centred practice and positive behaviour support.
n
Tertiary qualifications in Community Services, Disability, Social Science, or related fields.
n
Experience coaching or training staff and leaders.
n
