What we're looking for
n
Proven experience in sales, membership or customer service roles, ideally within the health and fitness industry
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build genuine connections with clients
n




Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a results-driven environment
n
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail when managing administrative tasks
n
Proficiency with computer systems and point-of-sale software (training will be provided)
n
A genuine passion for women's health, fitness and wellbeing
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
n
Professional appearance and a friendly, positive attitude
n
Flexibility to work casual shifts, including weekends and peak hours as required
n
Current First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it (desirable)
n
