Are you an Internal Medicine Specialist who loves interesting cases and would like a life outside the hospital? Melbourne Veterinary Specialist Centre (MVSC) is looking for a board‐certified specialist (or a registrar close to sitting exams) to join our friendly, collaborative multidisciplinary team in Melbourne.

All Internal Medicine is based at Glen Waverley, in our purpose‐built hospital with the toys you actually want:

Brand new high‐field MRI
n
64‐slice CT
n
Full diagnostic suite supporting thorough workups and informed clinical outcomes
n
n
You'll join an established Internal Medicine service with two experienced specialists and a resident, backed by capable, multidisciplinary specialist teams in Surgery, Dermatology and Behavioural Medicine.

Manage a varied and complex referral caseload

Deliver high‐quality, evidence‐based specialist care

Work closely with our specialist teams across Surgery, Dermatology and Behavioural Medicine

Help shape the ongoing growth and development of the Internal Medicine service

What We're Looking For
n
n
Veterinary degree registerable in Australia
n
Specialist qualifications (FANZCVS, DACVIM or DECVIM) or residency completed with plans to sit exams soon
n
Open to someone starting on a fixed‐term contract first, with the option to move permanent once you've had a proper feel for the hospital
n
n
