Job Description

We're growing our #AAA team and looking for an Occupational Therapist based in the Canberra region. Depending on your location, you'll have the opportunity to work close to home.
n
In this role you will:
n
n
Manage an allocated caseload (based on your negotiated hours) and deliver timely therapeutic services
n
Assess participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
n
Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
n
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants enhance their quality of life and meet their goals
n
Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance
n
n
To be successful in this role you will have:

n
Current Occupational Therapy membership with AHPRA
n
Passionate about community-based support for people with disability
n
Thrives in a collaborative,
multidisciplinary team environment
n
Time management & organisational skills to manage varied caseload
n
n
