About the role
n
The Senior Organisational Development Lead leads DTP's leadership development function within the People Division. The role designs and delivers strategic, evidence-based leadership initiatives that strengthen organisational capability, using leadership diagnostics, data analysis, instructional design and stakeholder engagement.
n
The role develops leadership programs and plans within budget, designs practical development resources, provides organisational development advice, and builds strong partnerships across DTP. It also leads and supports a small team, fostering an engaged, inclusive and flexible workplace while ensuring high-quality services that meet organisational needs.
n

Qualifications and experience
n
You'llbring:
n
n
Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline such as human resources or psychology and / or substantial demonstrated experience in Organisational Development.
n
Experience in 360-degree feedback psychometric tools (preferably the Hogan 360).
n
n
Pre-employment checks and employment conditions

Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa necessary for the nature of the position.
