As we continue to grow, we're looking for an energetic, organised and relationship-focused Recruitment Consultant to join our NSW team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building strong client relationships and delivering results in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
n
The Role: You'll play a key role in supporting our NSW clients and workforce, with responsibilities including:
n
n
Managing and developing strong client relationships.
n
Coordinating recruitment, onboarding and placement of temporary and casual employees.
n
Liaising with candidates and employees daily.
n
Managing rosters, attendance, timesheets and workforce requirements.
n
Responding quickly to client staffing needs.
n
Conducting candidate screening, interviews and reference checks.
n
Identifying opportunities to grow existing client accounts.
n
Conducting regular client communication and site visits.
n
Maintaining accurate recruitment, compliance and employee records.
n
Working closely with the wider Elite team to deliver outstanding service and resolve issues quickly.

About You:



We're looking for someone who is:

Confident communicating with clients, candidates and employees.
n
Commercially minded and motivated by results.
n
Proactive, positive and solutions-focused.
n
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
n
A strong team player who takes ownership and accountability.
n
Experienced in recruitment, labour hire, account management or a similar customer-focused environment.
n

Recruitment or labour-hire experience is highly regarded. You will also hold a current NSW driver's licence and have your own reliable vehicle.
