Bankwest is seeking a Senior Credit Risk Manager to lead end-to-end credit risk initiatives.
You will combine analytical depth with governance discipline to influence decisions across the full credit lifecycle, partnering with Product, Pricing, Technology, Operations, and Risk teams.
You will own complex credit problems, shape strategy direction, drive implementation, monitor outcomes, and refine decisions over time while uplifting team capability and maturity of the function.
