About the Role
n
As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will:
n
n
Conduct behaviour assessments and develop Behaviour Support Plans
n
Deliver evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support services
n
Support NDIS participants, families and carers to achieve meaningful outcomes
n
Work collaboratively with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams
n
Provide practical strategies that enhance quality of life and reduce restrictive practices
n
Contribute to positive, person-centred outcomes for people living with disability
n
n
About You
n




We're looking for someone who:
n
n
Is recognised as a Proficient or Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission
n
Has experience delivering high-quality Positive Behaviour Support services
n
Is passionate about empowering people with disability to achieve their goals
n
Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
Enjoys working independently while remaining connected to a supportive team
n
Holds a current driver's licence and has access to a reliable vehicle
n
Has current and unrestricted working rights in Australia
n
