Commonwealth Bank is seeking an experienced customer care specialist to join our eCommerce Merchant Solutions team in Australia.
You'll support frontline business banking customers, understand payment gateway capabilities and APIs, and deliver world-class service across phone, chat, and email.
You'll work within a growing team during a digital transformation, with a versatile 7am–7pm roster and the option to work from home or any office.
On-call rotation is paid and training is provided.
