The Ritz-Carlton Melbourne is seeking a Chief Steward to lead our stewarding team and uphold the Gold Standards of the brand.
You will oversee in-house and outsourced teams, ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and HACCP compliance, and partner with Culinary and Engineering to keep back-of-house areas service-ready.
You will manage inventory, schedules, training, and audits, drive safety, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hotel setting.
