CivicRisk Mutual, a local government mutual serving NSW & VIC councils, seeks a Member Engagement Assistant to support communications, events and onboarding.
You will help deliver member-facing initiatives and ensure a skilled, responsive experience.
Works closely with the Head of Corporate Development & Growth and the Communications & Engagement Lead.
The role covers coordinating communications, events, onboarding packs and team administration while developing skills in member engagement
