Cavpower is an official Caterpillar dealer for South Australia and Broken Hill since ****. Specialising in providing equipment, parts, service and rentals across local and regional branches throughout the State.
n
Reporting to the Parts Sales Manager, you will represent Cavpower Parts and Service department in a sales capacity and promote all parts throughout the business. You will provide high quality service to all customers quickly, efficiently and in a friendly and professional manner.
n
Key responsibilities of the role;
n
n
Provide advice to customers for more complex enquiries
n
Provide quotation to customers
n
Support and advise customers on warranty enquiries
n
Process part returns and provide refunds/credits through Bpoint
n
Process hose builds through DBS as required
n
Process internal and external customer enquiries, orders and quote requests
n
Answer and respond to all phone calls and emails
n
Calculate, quote and charge freight
n
Process card payments
n




Provide support to current team members and apprentices
n
Engage customers to sign up to PCC or other marketing strategies
n
Support customer tracking of web orders through PCC
n
n
About you;
n
You will have excellent customer service skills, with a passion to drive sales and a desire to develop your knowledge and skills within a trusted Caterpillar dealership.
n

Mechanical knowledge an advantage
n
Excellent organisational and time management skills
n
Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
n
Excellent customer service skills
n
Proficient computer application skills
n
Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work
n
Knowledge of Caterpillar Parts/Products (highly regarded)
n
Current and valid driver's licence
n
Current High Risk forklift licence
n
