What You'll Bring

Proven experience as a Vehicle Estimator within the collision repair industry.
n
Solid technical knowledge of vehicle repairs.
n
Experience using iBodyshop (essential), along with PartsCheck, Audanet, Estimage, and ORM.
n
Experience preparing and managing third-party insurance quotes.
n
Excellent computer, organisational, and time management skills.
n
Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
n
The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.
n

Your Responsibilities
n
n
Prepare accurate repair estimates using iBodyshop (essential).
n
Complete vehicle arrival inspections,



including mapping and imaging where required.
n
Liaise with insurance companies, assessors, and customers throughout the repair process.
n
Ensure repairs meet manufacturer and industry standards, returning vehicles to their pre-accident condition.
n
Conduct quality control inspections before vehicle delivery.
n
Coordinate customer handovers, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
n
Work closely with the production team to keep repairs on schedule.
n
