Netstar Australia are currently seeking a General Manager: Technical Services to join their team in Macquarie Park, NSW.
n
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to have a level of skill commensurate with a relevant Bachelor Degree and at least two years of relevant employment experience OR at least five years of relevant employment experience in Executive & Technical Services Management positions in GPS Telematics solutions.
n
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
n
n
Drive strategic and tactical technical solutions planning;
n
Oversee the technical services pipeline;
n
Streamline and optimise the technical solutions process;
n
Select,



implement and manage technical assistance tools and improvements in the technical operations process;
n
Manage CRM development and discipline;
n
Perform technical sales forecasting;
n
Work with the leadership team to develop organisational goals;
n
Lead a team of technical solutions professionals;
n
Set and track KPI's for the technical services team;
n
Liaise with the research & development team on improving the technical solution offering to increase profit;
n
Use customer feedback to generate ideas about current technical solutions and services;
n
Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement;
n
Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met;
n
Develop and maintain relationships with all departments.
