Senior Import Sea Freight and Customer Service

With a strong reputation for professionalism and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Import Sea Freight & Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

n
Book and manage full-cycle import sea freight operations (FCL, LCL).
n
Communicate and liaise with clients, shipping lines, transport operators and overseas agents.
n
Handle customer enquiries, provide timely updates, and resolve service issues proactively.
n
Monitor shipments, update systems, and ensure timely delivery.
n
Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and internal SOPs.
n
Advanced use of CargoWise.
n
Maintaina high level of customer service atall times.
n
Assist other departments and support team development as needed.
n
n
Requirements:
n
n




Minimum 5 years freight forwarding experience.
n
In-depth knowledge of international shipping practices, Incoterms, and customs clearance processes.
n
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
n
Proficiency in CargoWise software and MS Office.
n
Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
n
