Narrogin Toyota and Mazda is a superior regional dealership and we're looking for an experienced Diagnostic Technician to join our growing service team.
n
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled technician with solid diagnostic and fault-finding abilities who takes pride in their work.

THE POSITION
n
n
Provide expert advice in relation to mechanical condition of vehicles
n
Mechanical vehicle repair and servicing including engine, transmission, body and suspension components.
n
Report all necessary work, service or repairs to the Advisors and record information using service reporting systems including Super Service Triage
n
Test driving and conducting final assessments prior to return of vehicles to the customer
n
Maintaining a safe working environment
n
Other general workshop duties where required

We are looking for candidates who have a high desire to succeed in the automotive industry, with a strong motivation and drive to excel in the field. Candidates should also be personable, with a friendly and approachable demeanour that allows them to build positive relationships with both customers and colleagues. Additionally, a strong ability to multitask is important, with the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively while maintaining a high standard of work.

ABOUT YOU
n
n
Cert III or higher qualification as a Light Vehicle Mechanic, plus experience as a Qualified Light Vehicle Mechanic in a workshop environment.
n
Minimum 2 years' experience, with Toyota and or Mazda experience highly regarded.
n
Ability to remain calm and focussed whilst producing a high standard of work in a fast-paced environment.
n
Results driven with a strong eye for detail and technical ability
n
Strong Leadership and Communication Skills
n
Reliable, Conscientious, adaptable and customer focussed
n
The ability to lead and communicate effectively
n
Ability to work unsupervised
n
Solid knowledge of all relevant Health and Safety regulations
n
Valid Full Manual Driver's License is essential
n
Valid Australian Working Rights
n
