What You'll Do
n

Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations and lead a team of 3–5 staff
n
Set up team policies, effective work arrangements, and operational standards
n




Oversee inventory accuracy, dispatch schedules, and overall daily workflow
n
Communicate effectively across teams to ensure seamless logistics execution
n
Maintain strict time management, compliance, and safety standards across the floor
n
n
What You Bring
n
n
1+ years' experience managing warehouse operations
n
Mandarin language skills (Required for day-to-day team communication)
n
Forklift license and Bonded Warehouse experience are a strong plus (preferred, but not essential)
