North Ryde RSL Community Club is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Pokie Attendant to join our dynamic team. As a Pokie Attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support to our valued patrons in our gaming environment.

Key Responsibilities

Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our gaming machines by performing regular maintenance and troubleshooting.
n
Assisting customers with the use of gaming machines, including providing guidance and resolving any issues they may encounter.
n
Maintaining a clean and well‐organised gaming area, adhering to health and safety standards.
n
Monitoring and reporting on gaming machine performance and customer trends.
n
Promoting responsible gaming practices and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
n
Providing excellent customer service, demonstrating a friendly and professional demeanour at all times.
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
Experience working in a customer‐facing role, within the gaming or hospitality industry.
n
Solid problem‐solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think on your feet.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,



with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
n
Familiarity and knowledge of the operation and maintenance of gaming machines and related equipment.
n
A commitment to upholding responsible gaming practices and adhering to relevant regulations.
n
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
