This is a Business Development role focused on growingrevenue across a select portfolio of Tier 1 customers within the
building,construction
and infrastructure sector.
n
As Business Development Manager, you will manage a portfolioof accounts, drawn from Kennards Hire's top customer base. Your role is todeepen relationships, win new business and grow existing accounts and deliverstructured, solution-led growth.
n
About the Role
n
You will be responsible for driving growth across a defined portfolio of major accounts, balancing executive-level engagement and operational personnel. Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Managingand growing a portfolio of Tier 1 customer accounts
n
Increasingwallet share through targeted, solution-led engagement
n
Buildingstrong relationships across all stakeholder levels, from site teams tosenior executives
n
Deliveringboardroom
-level presentations on capability, solutions and valueproposition
n
Developingand executing customer-specific growth plans aligned to sales strategy
n
Managinga solid pipeline of qualified opportunities across the VIC region
n
Partneringwith internal teams to ensure customer commitments can be
deliveredoperationally
n
Providinginput into pricing,



forecasts and account planning
n
Maintainingstrong CRM discipline and portfolio management
n
n
About You
n
You will bring:
n
n
Provenexperience managing major or Tier 1 customer accounts
n
Demonstratedboardroom
and senior stakeholder presentation experience
n
n
This role is not suited to junior BDMs or candidates withoutexecutive presentation exposure
