The Opportunity

Supporting a dedicated business portfolio, you'll act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees across the full employee lifecycle. This is a true generalist role offering variety, autonomy and the opportunity to build strong stakeholder relationships while contributing to broader HR initiatives.

Responsibilities will include:

Recruitment and talent acquisition

Employee relations and performance management
n
Policy advice and interpretation

Learning and development initiatives

Employee engagement activities

Remuneration and annual people processes

HR operations and compliance support

Coaching leaders on people-related matters

Working within a supportive HR team, you'll partner with both local and regional stakeholders,



providing pragmatic HR advice while balancing business needs and organisational frameworks.

About You
n
You are a well-rounded HR professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders and providing practical, commercially minded advice.
n You'll bring:
n
n
3-5+ years' experience in a generalist HR role
n
Experience across recruitment, employee relations, performance management and HR operations
n
Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation
n
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
n
Confidence managing competing priorities and working autonomously
n
A collaborative, solutions-focused approach
n
The ability to build credibility and trusted relationships across different stakeholder groups
n
