Position Details
n
You will be responsible for directing and controlling vehicle and pedestrian traffic to ensure the secure and efficient movement of road users, workers, and equipment within and around work zone.
n
Key responsibilities
n
n
Implement and maintain traffic control measures in accordance with approved Traffic Management Plans
n
Direct and control vehicle and pedestrian traffic using stop/slow bats and other approved methods.
n
Set up, monitor, and remove traffic management signage, barriers, and equipment.
n
Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, contractors, and the public.
n
Report hazards, incidents, and unsafe conditions promptly.
n
Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.
n
n
Role Requirements
n
n
Current valid Driver's License
n
Traffic Management Ticket (Traffic Controller
accreditation/certification)
n
White Card (Construction Induction Card)
n
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and shift work if required.
n
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
n
Good communication and teamwork skills.
