What You'll Be Doing
n
n




Lead day‐to‐day kitchen operations as the 2IC to our Head Chef
n
Maintain high food quality, consistency, and safety standards
n
Coach and develop a team of Cooks to help elevate their skills
n
Assist with ordering, stock control, and kitchen administration
n
Set the tone during busy services and create a positive team culture
n
Ensure every guest enjoys a great food experience, every time
n

Who You Are
n
We're looking for someone who brings:
n
n
You hold a valid Blue Card, First Aid & CPR certificate or you're willing to obtain
n
Experience in high‐volume kitchens (leadership experience highly regarded)
n
A calm, organised approach under pressure
n
A passion for mentoring others
n
Pride in consistency, safety, and high standards
n
A team‐first attitude and alignment with our values
