About You
n
We're seeking passionate, hands‐on leaders with McDonald's (or QSR/fast food) experience and a strong customer and team focus.
n
You will bring:
n
n
Proven experience in McDonald's or a similar fast-paced QSR environment
n
Strong operations, team management and coaching skills
n
Familiarity with McDonald's systems including RDM, QSC&V;, and compliance
n
Great communication, personal presentation, and people leadership
n
A focus on procedures, safety, and delivering consistent service
n
A collaborative approach and desire to grow within a multi-store group
n
n
Your Key Responsibilities
n

Deliver exceptional customer experience and uphold QSC&V; standards
n
Lead teams to hit KPIs and achieve performance goals
n
Coach and develop staff using McDonald's core systems
n
Execute marketing campaigns and new initiatives effectively
n
Manage compliance with McDonald's and workplace legislation
n
Lead staffing, engagement, and succession planning
n
Ensure workplace safety is upheld in all operations
n
