Role Overview
n
We are looking for an experienced MEP Services Manager to work on site at a large hyperscale data centre construction project with multiple phases left to run. In particular this project does include the implementation of liquid to chip cooling solutions.
n
Working closely with the client, consultants and sub-contractors your role will incorporate the delivery of the installation of all services including MEP systems, fire, security,
telecommunications.
n
This role demands a proactive approach, making sure that the technical construction not only meets the desired quality standards but is completed efficiently and in line with both time and cost constraints.
n
Key Requirements
n
n
Essential qualifications: Trade or Engineering background (Electrical or Mechanical).




n
Sound understanding of Electrical, Mechanical and Controls Systems alongside leading the delivery of critically complex construction experience.
n
Experience in the oversight of delivery for MEPF systems on mission critical sites such as data centres, hospitals, prisons, power generation sites, etc.
n
Experience managing services fromdesign through construction, commissioning and handover.
n
Ability to lead teams and resolve
technical/construction
issues on complex projects.
n
Familiarity with the
demandingreliability
and commissioning requirements of data centres.
n
