Job Description

Gains familiarity with Field Engineering practices and procedures.
n
With guidance or by following a pre-determined / documented process performs the following:n
n
Installing, maintaining and repairing desktops, laptops and monitors and associated software and peripherals
n
Assisting with maintenance on products and devices,
n
Performing low-complexity installs, moves, adds and changes on various equipment and devices, and
n
Assisting with network, server, device and application testing and certification.
n
n
Ensures client satisfaction throughout service delivery transactions.
n
Ensures service level agreements (SLAs) are met and incident and request tickets are updated as required within the ticketing system.
n
Follows specific procedures outlined and completes certification requirements.
n
Assists with special projects as assigned.
n
n
You will be successful in this role if you have:
n
n
High School diploma or GED required
n
Generally, less than 1 years' experience in area of responsibility
