Founded in ****, Gliderol Garage Doors is one of Australia's leading manufacturers of Residential and Light Commercial continuous sheet curtain roller doors, Sectional Overhead Doors and automatic operators.

What You Will Do
n
We are seeking an energetic well-organised and highly motivated person to assist our NSW Sales department & provide support to our administrative team. With strong focus on providing exceptional customer service, responsibilities will include:
n
n
Data entry and processing of customer orders
n
Responding to customer enquires via phone and email
n
Providing technical assistance for product troubleshooting and facilitating sales of spare parts
n
Account administration
n
Providing general support within the sales department.
n
n
What We Require
n
n
Previous experience in a customer service and administration role
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
n
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
n
Experience working with spare parts is advantageous, but not essential
n




Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software.
n
Ability to remain calm and skilled in stressful situations
n
n
What We Prefer

Knowledge of CRM systems
n
Previous experience within a manufacturing-based business (highly regarded)
n
A team player
n
Naturally helpful, professional and patient, with a genuine desire to resolve customer issues.

Comfortable learning and using CRM, ERP/order processing, inventory, invoicing, email and planning systems.
