Redfern Physiotherapy & Sports Medicine, a leading multidisciplinary practice in Redfern NSW ****, is seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team on a full-time or part-time basis.

This multidisciplinary practice was established by the team of physiotherapists that looked after the South Sydney Rabbitohs Football Club for 17years. As well asindustry

our practice employs a great team ofDietitians and Massage Therapists.

This is a part time or full-time opportunity for and enthusiastic and motivated physiotherapist to join the team at Redfern Physiotherapy & Sports Medicine. Join our team of passionate physiotherapists in delivering high-quality, evidence-based rehabilitation services to our diverse client base.

What you'll be doing
n
Provide exceptional physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and management for a variety of musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries
n
Be part of a team of dynamic physiotherapists, who are on a path of personal growth and professional development
n
Contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice by implementing best practices, driving clinical excellence, and fostering a positive team culture
n
Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, such as GPs and sports medicine specialists, to deliver comprehensive, integrated care to patients
n




Participate in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest physiotherapy techniques and research
n
Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
n
Contribute to the overall management and operations of the practice
n
What we're looking for
n
n
Minimum 2 years' experience as a qualified physiotherapist, with a strong background in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy
n
Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to effectively work with a team of physiotherapists and other staff
n
Excellent clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to delivering evidence-based, patient-centred care
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals
n
Proficiency in the use of relevant physiotherapy assessment and treatment techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and the use of latest rehabilitation tools and gym equipment
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
n
