This casual Housekeeper position at BIG4 Moama Holiday Park in Moama, NSW offers an excellent opportunity to join a agile and growing hospitality team. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of our holiday park's accommodation and facilities, contributing to our guests' overall experience.

What you'll be doing

Thoroughly clean and prepare cabins and communal areas to the highest standard
n
Restock and replenish supplies in cabins and common areas
n
Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues
n
Adhere to all health, safety and hygiene protocols
n
Provide excellent customer service to our guests
n
Collaborate with the wider housekeeping team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
n

What we're looking for
n
n
Previous experience in a similar housekeeping or cleaning role, ideally within the hospitality industry (not mandatory)
n
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
n




Strong time management and organisational skills to efficiently complete tasks
n
Friendly, customer-service oriented approach and the ability to work well in a team
n
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
