Production Workers - Morning, Afternoon & Night Shifts

Recruitment Vision is currently seeking reliable and motivated Production Workers to join a number of Ballarat's leading manufacturing businesses.

These are ongoing casual opportunities offering full-time hours, with strong potential for permanent positions and career progression for the right candidates. We currently have morning, afternoon, and night shifts available.
n
Candidates with backgrounds in food manufacturing, production, or process work are encouraged to apply. Experience as a chef, baker or cook is highly regarded but not essential.

About the Role
n

Packing and labelling food products
n
Weighing, blending, and batching ingredients
n
Maintaining quality standards and conducting product checks
n
Meeting daily production targets and KPI's
n
Following food safety, hygiene, and OH&S; procedures
n
General production line duties and manual handling
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
Previous experience in manufacturing or production (preferred but not essential)
n
Leadership or supervisory experience (highly regarded)
n
Strong attention to detail
n
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
n
Reliable with a strong work ethic and professional attitude
n
Physically fit and capable of lifting *****kg consistently
n
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
n
Initiative and problem‐solving capability
n
